Terms and Conditions
Terms for the Xinfiniti AeroSpace A320 simulator experience, including booking, payment and service delivery.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to bookings for the A320 Flight Simulator Experience offered by Xinfiniti AeroSpace. Please read these terms, our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy before booking.
The experience
Each session lasts 30 minutes: 15 minutes of pre-flight briefing and 15 minutes of hands-on flying in a simulated A320 cockpit. This is a guided simulator experience, not a flight in a real aircraft or a professional pilot qualification. No prior flying experience is required.
Booking and availability
Bookings are made through the Cal.id calendar linked on our simulator page and are subject to the availability shown there. Provide accurate contact details and keep your booking confirmation and payment reference. A ₹100 advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
Price and payment
The total price is ₹500 per session: ₹100 paid in advance when booking and the remaining ₹400 payable after your flying session. Use the payment options provided during booking. Do not share your UPI PIN, password or one-time password with us.
Attending your session
Attend at the time and location stated in your booking confirmation and follow the instructor's safety and equipment-handling directions. If you cannot attend, contact us to cancel. The ₹100 advance is not refundable for cancellations or problems from your side.
Company-side service problems
If a simulator malfunction, a technical difficulty preventing simulator operation, or another company-side problem prevents us from providing your session, we will refund the ₹100 advance. The remaining ₹400 is payable after your flying session, not for a session we are unable to provide. See our Refund Policy for how to request an eligible refund.
Service delivery
This is an in-person simulator service. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping or delivery charge applies.
Your rights and questions
These terms do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law. For booking, payment or service questions, email sv@x-infiniti.com or call +91 9654697594.
