Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an A320 simulator booking and the non-refundable ₹100 advance, with exceptions for company-side service problems.

You may cancel your booking
If you no longer wish to attend your A320 simulator session, you may cancel. Use the cancellation option in your booking confirmation, if available, or email sv@x-infiniti.com with your name, booking reference and session date. You may also call +91 9654697594.
Customer cancellations
If you cancel your booking, the ₹100 advance booking fee will not be refunded. The same applies if you do not attend or a problem from your side prevents you from taking the session. The remaining ₹400 is payable after the flying session; it is not collected as a cancellation fee.
If we cannot provide the session
If a simulator malfunction, a technical difficulty preventing simulator operation, or any other company-side problem prevents us from providing your session, the ₹100 advance will be refunded. This exception applies only to problems from the company's end, not the customer's end.

For an eligible company-side cancellation, contact sv@x-infiniti.com with your booking and payment references. Our Refund Policy explains the refund process.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.
