Refund Policy
When the ₹100 A320 simulator booking advance is refundable, including simulator malfunctions and company-side service problems.

Payment covered by this policy
The A320 simulator session costs ₹500: ₹100 paid in advance to confirm the booking and ₹400 payable after the flying session. This policy explains refunds of the ₹100 advance.
When the ₹100 advance will be refunded
We will refund the ₹100 advance only when we cannot provide your session because of a simulator malfunction, a technical difficulty that prevents the simulator from working, or another problem from the company's end. The problem must be from our side, not the customer's side.
When the advance is not refundable
The ₹100 advance is not refundable if you cancel, do not attend, or cannot take the session because of a problem from your side. Please read our Cancellation Policy before booking.
How to request a refund
Email sv@x-infiniti.com with your name, booking reference, session date, payment reference and a brief explanation of the company-side problem. You may also call +91 9654697594. Do not send your UPI PIN, passwords, one-time passwords or full card details.
Refund processing
We will check the booking, payment and service issue, and arrange the eligible ₹100 refund through the original payment method. We will let you know when it has been initiated and share the refund reference when available. The time for the money to reach your account depends on the payment provider and your bank; contact us with your reference if it has not arrived.
The remaining ₹400
The ₹400 balance is payable after your flying session. It is not due for a session we are unable to provide because of a company-side problem.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any refund rights or other remedies available under applicable Indian law.
